Lawn Care Program
Fertilizer Treatments (Applications: Crabgrass prev. + fert. in March, crabgrass prev. + fert. in April, fall fertilizer in October and winterizer in December)
Broadleaf Weed Control Treatment (Applications: Spot spray weeds in lawn spring, summer, fall
Grub and Insect Control Treatment (Application: Between June and July)
Lime Application (Application: put down at any time of the year)

Fall Leaf Removal
Rake, blow, and collect leaves for disposal. Two (2) occurrences – One collection in November, second collection in December. (Services will be invoiced once at the end of November for the two collections)
Annual Maintenance Program
A lawn and landscape program tailored to your needs and specifications – Mowing, Mulching,Fertilizing, Spring Cleanup and Mulching, etc… Whichever services you wish to receive billed monthly at a set price or paid up front for the full year so you can budget your annual costs accordingly. Your price for all these services after a 5% discount, except for snow removal.
Spring Cleanup and Mulching
Remove leaves, sticks and debris from lawn and mulch beds. Weed, edge and mulch all mulch beds using double shredded hardwood mulch.
All shrubs and bushes to be trimmed as necessary to maintain a well – kept appearance. If excess trimming Is needed an additional charge may occur. Once in the spring and again in the fall. 2 Occurrences.
Gutter Cleaning (2 occurrences)
Removal of leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts. (once in early fall and once in early winter). Additional gutter cleanings can be requested at your same rate.
Removal of snow from driveways and sidewalks after a 2 inch snowfall. Ice melt can be applied at an additional charge.
Pulling weeds in all existing mulch beds, cracks in sidewalks and driveways.
